Michael J. O'Connor is a decorated former New York City police officer who has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1989. Mike earned his undergraduate degree from the City College of New York and his law degree from the Capital University School of Law. Before his private practice, Mike worked in the City of Columbus Prosecutor Office as an assistant prosecuting attorney and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio. In his private practice, Mike has concentrated in litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury, domestic relations, and criminal defense.
Mike is a triathlon and mountain climbing enthusiast who has summitted some of the highest peaks in the United States.
William H. Mikita earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from the Ohio Northern University College of Law. Bill has been licensed to practice in Ohio since 1983. In additional to his extensive career in private practice, Bill worked for AARP and acquired expertise in the areas of Medicaid planning, nursing home placement, and other elder law matters. Bill concentrates his practice in litigation, primarily in domestic relations matters.
Bill recently completed production of a semi-autobiographical feature film that he wrote about his brother and their childhood idol Roberto Clemente. The film premiered at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York.
L. Joshua Davidson earned his undergraduate degree in creative writing from Miami University, after first attending Northwestern University, and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Josh has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1993. Before attending law school, Josh worked as a systems and documentation analyst for the Hughes Aircraft Company in Long Beach, California, where he won several achievement awards for the quality of his work. Josh began his practice in the City of Cincinnati Prosecutor's Office, and has concentrated his private practice primarily in the areas of real estate, domestic relations, and criminal defense, and in consumer bankruptcy. Since the bankruptcy reform enacted in 2005, Josh has concentrated his practice primarily in consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, including small business cases, but he continues to represent a select number of clients in litigation matters.
Josh is an adjunct professor of real estate law at the University of Cincinnati and a frequent lecturer in matters related to consumer bankruptcy for the National Business Institute.
